The cardinal Difference

At Little Flower Catholic School, we believe the education of the full person extends beyond the classroom. This is why we strive to offer co curriculars that develop and deepen the skills and values learned by our students in the classroom. It is an education that must be experienced, as Jesus said, "Come and see."

“Sport trains body and spirit for perseverance, effort, courage, balance, sacrifice, honesty, friendship and collaboration.”

Pope John Paul II

Our athletes are taught the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork in a Christ centered atmosphere. Students are guides by coaches alumni, and their peers to be a better person, on and off the field.

Students can begin participating in our sports programs in third grade. We offer girls and boys basketball, girls volleyball, football for middle school boys, and cheerleading, and track and field.

Our teams participate in the Catholic Youth Sports league, competing against the others.

"When you're playing volleyball, it doesn't matter what happens off the court, but on the court we are a team and all have each others back and play to the best of our abilities."

-Sophia D., Middle School

The Arts

Here at Little Flower Catholic School, education extends beyond the core curriculum. We have Music and Art classes that begin in Kindergarten and culminate in Eighth Grade.  We are proud to say that these classes have allowed students to explore their creativity.

"It doesn't matter if you are friends or not, we are a family and come together at show time."

-Rose M., Middle School

Experience our Catholic faith.

The religious education of our students is enhanced beyond the classroom by an active expression of their faith in receiving sacraments, weekly student masses, stations of the cross, May Crowning, Mardi Gras parade, and other activities.

"You start as friends, and turn into family, Little Flower makes you feel special because you learn you are a child of God. I want to help others and be there for everyone. "

-Louie C., Middle School

From early beginnings to well after graduation, we offer a supportive, caring, and dynamic family experience. Our teachers and staff come together along with our students and parents to form an environment full of faith and academics. Our students strive for academic excellence to reach higher level education, while learning the Catholic Values of mercy and compassion.

We invite you to get involved, share in our joy and join our Little Flower Catholic School Family, where we have been serving generations for the past 70+ years.
