Gratitude for our successful St. Thérèse parish festival

Dear St. Therese Festival 2018 Committee Heads and Members, Volunteers, Entertainers, Sponsors, Donors, School Administrators, Parents and Students, Parishioners and guests,

Peace of Christ!

We wish that this letter finds you in the best of health.  Here’s to express to you our sincerest gratitude for the wonderful Festival which we spent together last 21st October 2018.  The festive occasion beckoned for the get-together.  It was a joy that parishioners and families spent such quality time together.

It was a sheer pleasure to spend the entire festive season with you all. The hospitality and the generous attitude of the volunteers, school personnel, donors, sponsors and parishioners deserve the  gratitude  more than couple of times.  The Finance, Food, Logistics/ Physical Arrangement, Entertainment, Religious Activities/ Liturgy, Silent Auction, Promotion and Church Decoration Committees were extremely responsible and dedicated.  They generously offered their time, talents and treasures and they were all appreciated.

It was an overwhelming celebration and through the intercession of St. Therese, your prayers and support,  we were able to achieve all our Festival goals, such as; (1)To unite and inspire all the members of the community through the feast of St. Therese.  (2) To learn more about St Therese, as patroness of the Church and school. (3) To encourage that everybody is a significant part  of the community.  (4) To raise an appropriate funds for the Church’s projects.  (5) To put up a grotto that will serve as outdoor prayer and meditation area for all.

We are looking forward  to the next Festival season and  we are forever grateful to each one of you.

In St. Therese of Lisieux, the Little Flower,

Fr. Alberic Lazerna, OSB
